About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Precast Concrete Slab Maker to join our team at Modular Precast Systems Inc. as a key member of our production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • No formal education is required, as we provide on-the-job training to ensure our team members have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Work Experience
    • We welcome candidates with little to no experience, as we provide comprehensive training to help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Key Tasks
    • Model and Mould Creation
      • Construct clay models and moulds for use in casting concrete products, ensuring precision and accuracy in every detail.
    • Reinforcement and Casting
      • Position reinforcing rods or wire mesh in moulds to enhance the strength and durability of our precast concrete slabs.
      • Fill moulds with concrete, carefully monitoring the mixture to ensure optimal consistency and quality.
    • Finishing and Quality Control
      • Tamp concrete using electric vibrators to remove air pockets and ensure a smooth finish.
