Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing multiple client engagements across our practice areas, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Identifying and closing new project opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their challenges and develop strategic, tailored solutions.
  • Overseeing project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Conducting thorough research and analysis to support client recommendations.
  • Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Leading and contributing to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches.
  • Leveraging your network and expertise to attract new clients and projects.
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of managing successful client engagements.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in one or more of our key industries is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
