- Collaborating with clients to understand their challenges and develop strategic, tailored solutions.
- Overseeing project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Conducting thorough research and analysis to support client recommendations.
- Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Leading and contributing to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches.
- Leveraging your network and expertise to attract new clients and projects.
- Staying current with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with:
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of managing successful client engagements.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Experience in one or more of our key industries is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
