Workday Finance Report Developer

Charger Logistics is a world-class asset-based carrier that specializes in delivering assets on time and on budget. With a diverse fleet of equipment, we can handle a range of freight, including dedicated loads, specialized hauls, temperature-controlled goods, and HAZMAT cargo.

We are an entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and supports individual ideas and strategies. We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Brampton office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain advanced financial reports for various finance teams, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial Statements, Fixed Assets, Leasing, Supplier Spend, Customer Revenue, and other custom reports.
  2. Collaborate with internal partners to identify, define, and clarify business requirements; translating needs into efficient reports and configurations that conform to standard methodologies and provide data-driven insights.
  3. Utilize datasets across Workday and other applications to investigate key business trends, performance, issues, behaviors, and metrics.
  4. Train users on Workday reporting functions and available reports.
  5. Partner with senior management to ensure and maintain security and data privacy standards.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday FIN / Workday Report Development.
  3. Strong knowledge and experience with Workday reporting tools and techniques.
  4. Familiarity with Workday Prism is a plus.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
