Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at YMCA Camp Elphinstone. As the primary administrative support for our main office, you will provide exceptional customer service, registration support, and office administration to all camp programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Support registration for all YMCA Camp Elphinstone programs
- Provide exemplary customer service to participants, parents, and staff
- Monitor phone and email inquiries, and respond in a timely and professional manner
- Support customers in navigating online self-service technologies
- Process transactions, produce reports, and manage waitlists
- Collect and sort mail, and maintain a positive and welcoming presence at the reception desk
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders, including YMCA staff and volunteers, community agencies, and other service providers
- Related experience in customer service, administration, or a related field
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong computer proficiency, with ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Ability to be flexible, problem-solve, and work in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
