Job Responsibilities
  • Provides outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers of the TA process in an effort to make a positive experience for all participants in the hiring process.
  • Assists the CBS Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Specialist by effectively supporting the TA process through tasking which includes, but is not limited to, scheduling and logistics for interviews, forms and technology maintenance, and referral payout tracking.
  • Confirms participant availability and schedules all phone screens, teleconference, and in-person interviews with all participants
  • Creates and sends offers / contracts (or updated offers if necessary) to the candidate
  • Notify relevant parties in the event of adverse impact for communication to affected candidate (step based on legal requirements for some countries)
  • Reviews results of pre-employment due diligence testing
Requirements
  • At least one 5+ years of experience in HR functions
  • Proficient in Computers and experience with Success factors will be desirable
  • Bachelor's degree / working towards
  • Proficiency in English
