Job Title: Part-Time French/English Teacher/Tutor

We are seeking a part-time French/English teacher/tutor to join our team at Oxford Learning Kerrisdale. As a teacher/tutor, you will work directly with students, providing guidance and support in English and French language skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach English and French language skills to students of various levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of individual students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve teaching skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. education, linguistics)
  • Teaching certification or experience working with students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
