We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team at TD Bank. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of our Fraud and Financial Crime Performance product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Roadmap
    • Partner with senior management to develop and maintain a product vision and roadmap that aligns with the bank's overall strategy.
    • Continuously review and refine the product backlog to ensure it is aligned with the product vision and roadmap.
  • Product Backlog Management
    • Develop and maintain a product backlog that is prioritized based on customer and business needs.
    • Work with the development team to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and that the team has a clear understanding of the product vision and roadmap.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business partners, and customers.
    • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Quality and Risk Management
    • Ensure that the product meets the bank's quality and risk management standards.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the product.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with the development team, business partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
    • Communicate product progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 10+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in Agile product development.
  • Education
    • Undergraduate degree in a related field.
  • Certifications
    • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
