About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our Pizza Hut team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
    • Ensure all dishes, glasses, and utensils are washed and sanitized
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook food to order, following standard recipes and procedures
    • Portion and package food for customers
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues
    • Take customer orders and ensure accurate delivery of food and beverages
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and store inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
    • Communicate effectively with customers, management, and other team members
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
