About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Walgre Transport Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate the necessary authority to them.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills to convey complex information and ideas.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
