**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our Finance organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our tender lifecycle, from Business Opportunity Review to Contract Preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial guidance and support to our tender team, ensuring compliance with finance rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with other finance expert functions to ensure seamless integration of financial expertise into tender preparation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tender stakeholders, providing reliable financial analysis to inform decision-making.
- Prepare tender reviews content in collaboration with the tender team.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure effective transition of tender into operational contracts.
- Verify that all financial costs are accurately accounted for and in line with company policies.
Requirements
- Business school or engineering school degree.
- 5-10 years of experience in finance or bid controlling.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Fluent in other languages is a plus.
