Job Title: Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team at Franzen North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Compile and prioritize orders received from customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Certifications: WHMIS Certificate and Forklift Operator Certification.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks.
