We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at 1201748 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, and provide on-the-job training tailored to youth.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, including housing, transportation, storage, childcare, and winter clothing.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
