Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Foreman / Supervisor to join our team at ALBI Hyundai Mascouche. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our shop, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatching work orders and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
- Providing guidance and training to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Shop Foreman / Supervisor in a similar industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving goals
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
