Wholesale Establishment Director

Asian Legend is seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Establishment Manager to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and overseeing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, aligning with market trends and customer needs.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Determine staffing requirements and lead a team of 3-4 people.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure optimal performance.
- 3-4 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
- Adaptability, analytical skills, efficiency, goal-oriented, client focus, organized, and team player.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
