About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Georgian Bay Family Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Plan and prepare menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers, taking into account seasonal ingredients and nutritional requirements.

Chef Supervision

Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively, and that they are maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have everything we need to operate at peak efficiency.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards, and that customers are satisfied with their dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Work Setting

Willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Language

Fluent in English
