Key Responsibilities


• Assist residents with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while adhering to applicable regulations and certification requirements.


• Implement the individualized care plans for each resident.


• Monitor the well-being of assigned residents, reporting any changes or concerns regarding their health to the Director of Clinical Services through appropriate channels.


• Respond promptly to call signals and initiate emergency services when necessary, ensuring proper documentation of incidents.


• Uphold the confidentiality of all resident information.


• Support dining services and encourage resident participation in various activities.


• Manage laundry collection and distribution.


• Attend mandatory training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.


• Adhere to safety protocols, including participation in regular drills and training.


• Deliver exceptional customer service, prioritizing resident satisfaction in all interactions.


• Provide care services in line with your certification.

Qualifications for Personal Care Assistant
