Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning of floors including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Dust and maintain furniture cleanliness.
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered items.
  • Make beds and change linens as needed.
  • Distribute fresh towels and toiletries to guest rooms.
  • Organize and stock the linen closet efficiently.
  • Sanitize kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Ensure cleanliness in elevators and other common areas.
  • Manage lost and found items appropriately.
  • Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or information.
  • Maintain cleanliness by picking up debris and emptying trash bins.
  • Assist guests with personal hygiene needs when necessary.
  • Launder clothing and household linens as required.
  • Perform light repairs on clothing and linens.
  • Engage in general housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
  • Shop for necessary food and household supplies.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Clean changing rooms and shower facilities.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.
Physical Demands and Work Conditions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of handling pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Repetitive tasks and physical demands are expected.
  • Must be able to lift and carry loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Requires bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
  • Overtime may be required.
