We are a leading agricultural company dedicated to providing high-quality produce to our customers. As a Harvesting Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our farming operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Harvesting and Crop Management: Apply the technique of hoeing between the rows, clean the crops, and harvest seedlings to ensure optimal crop yields.
  • Farm Maintenance: Clean the greenhouse, mix fertilizer, and spray crops to maintain a healthy and productive environment.
  • Task Execution: Perform tasks such as hand harvesting vegetables, cutting horticultural crops, and fertilizing and spraying crops to meet production targets.
  • Support and Development: Participate in mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees, and offer support to persons with disabilities, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and mature workers.
