Position Overview

Sereggela Holdings Ltd is seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Kitchen Inspection: Regularly inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices.
  • Supply Management: Order necessary supplies and equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Sanitation: Ensure the kitchen and work areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Event Management: Organize and manage buffets and banquets.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a culinary role.
