Senior Sales and Marketing Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at Touchmark. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in attracting new residents and building a vibrant community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with prospective residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct home tours and showcase the benefits of living at Touchmark.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and enhance resident relations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve occupancy and resident satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all residents and their families.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the hotel and hospitality industry.
- College degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency and experience with lead-tracking systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
