**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled LPN to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a member of our care team, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, providing personal and nursing care, administering medications, and supervising care staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet residents' needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Supervise and train care staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services

**Requirements:**

  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with seniors and individuals with dementia (preferred)
