- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Sales and Merchandising: Oversee the sales and merchandising of our baked goods, working closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Workplace Safety: Ensure that our bakery and food service areas are safe and healthy environments for our employees and customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Work Setting: Bake shop environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
