Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Stand Lead to join our Food and Beverage team at the Abbotsford Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall service and operations of a concourse stand, ensuring that fans receive exceptional service and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Attendants and Cooks in a Concourse Stand to provide excellent service to fans and guests.
  • Responsible for inventory and product during events, working closely with all departments at the arena.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Experience leading others in a food service environment is required.
  • Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays with various start times.
  • Must be able to safely lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand during scheduled shifts, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time.
  • Experience in a high-volume service setting is an asset.
  • Valid Serving it Right Certificate is required.
  • Completion of Food Safe Certificate is an asset.
