  • Errands: Perform personal and business errands for employers, utilizing your knowledge of the area to optimize routes.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess a valid Driver's License and participate in ongoing training to maintain your certification.
  • Cultural Competency: Participate in cultural competency training and awareness programs to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous and visible minority employees.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in programs that support members of visible minorities and offer mentorship programs to pair them with experienced employees.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, willing to relocate as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
