  • A proven track record in sales management, ideally in a high-volume sales environment.

  • Experience in and a passion for driving outbound sales motions.
  • A strong ability to interpret, analyze, and use data to improve performance and results.
  • A commitment and focus to coaching and development.
  • Next-level communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • A strong understanding of Salesforce, Excel spreadsheets, and other methodologies for getting the data you need to be successful.
