Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Sound Donuts Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
