Position Overview

As a Culinary Support Staff at Wendy's Lacombe, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Your contributions will ensure that our food service runs smoothly and that our customers enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean and disinfect kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Table Management: Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a tidy dining area.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers and wash dishes, glassware, and flatware by hand when necessary.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items, as well as portioning and wrapping foods.
  • Stock Management: Replenish condiments and supplies at tables, and stock refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Cleaning Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and handle kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Knife Maintenance: Sharpen kitchen knives to ensure they are ready for use.
Work Environment

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment where you will be handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks. You will be expected to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.

Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
