Job Title: Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark - Grand River Physiotherapy - Tower Street. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing ongoing evaluation of client progress, and working collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensure quality improvement in patient care
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to achieve service excellence
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
  • Manage caseload in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
  • Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Experience in treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting
  • Completion of advanced orthopedic courses is a strong asset
