Restaurant Chain Corporate Controller

Le Petit Chef is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions, coordinating regional and departmental work, and establishing objectives for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff and create optimum working conditions
- Establish financial and administrative controls and approve overall human resources planning
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Organized and team-oriented with initiative
English
Work Conditions:30 hours per week
