Position Overview

A Choice Landscaping and Fencing is seeking a dedicated Landscape Technician to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing and maintaining outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant Care: Water and nurture a variety of plants, lawns, and gardens to ensure their health and vitality.
  • Application of Treatments: Utilize fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products to promote growth and prevent disease.
  • Maintenance Tasks: Perform essential treatments including pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas, and injecting treatment solutions as needed.
  • Planning and Coordination: Strategically plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping and ornamental purposes.
  • Installation and Upkeep: Plant and maintain both private and public lawns and gardens, ensuring they meet aesthetic and functional standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
