We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at Le Barbu Sportif Inc. as a key member of our grooming team.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience and building a loyal customer base.
- Haircutting and Grooming: Cut and trim hair according to client preferences, using a variety of techniques and styles to deliver high-quality results.
- Beard and Mustache Services: Shave and trim beards and mustaches to perfection, using precision and attention to detail.
- Reception and Administration: Perform receptionist duties, including answering phones, managing appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Supply Management: Maintain and order supplies, ensuring that the barbershop is well-stocked and equipped to meet client needs.
- Financial Transactions: Invoice clients and manage financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Work Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain the work area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff.
- Education: Completion of a recognized barbering program or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a barbering or grooming role.
- Language: Fluency in English or French, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet client needs and work during peak periods.
