Job Title: Nanny

We are seeking a reliable and caring Nanny to join our team at Jo-Anne T Dela Cruz. As a Nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, promoting their personal hygiene and social development
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, while maintaining a positive and nurturing attitude
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their physical and mental well-being
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and security at all times
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, providing transportation and support
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering comfort and reassurance when needed
  • Help children with homework, promoting their academic development and success
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in childcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children and parents
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Reliability and trustworthiness, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion
