Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team at Bayma Construction Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials, fitting insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs, and instructing apprentices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials to ensure a safe and energy-efficient work environment
  • Fitting insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs to meet building codes and regulations
  • Instruct apprentices in the proper techniques and procedures for insulation installation
  • Work in a noisy, dusty, and outdoors environment, with a focus on construction and residential settings
Requirements
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
  • Driver's License
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
