Job Title: General Labourer - Prepared Foods

We are seeking a skilled General Labourer to join our team at our Prepared Foods plant in Florenceville-Bristol, NB. As a General Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Operate equipment and machinery as required to perform tasks.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitation duties to maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Identify and report product quality issues to ensure high-quality products.
  • Document ingredient codes, temperatures, and tracking of finished products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or GED required.
  • Ability to work shifts on a rotating basis.
  • Knowledge of computer operations an asset.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift approximately 35-40 lbs. on a continuous basis.
  • Ability to learn and function within different jobs in the plant.
  • Ability to respond to unexpected circumstances calmly and responsibly.
  • Good mathematical skills and ability to complete production forms accurately and neatly.
