Retail Store Manager

YM Inc. (Sales) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they meet the needs of our customers.
- Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain an efficient and effective inventory management system.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
You will be responsible for supervising 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities and contribute to the success of our team.
