Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting

  • Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meats to meet customer preferences
Work Environment

Our butcher shop operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing high-quality meats to our customers. As a Meat Cutter, you will work in a refrigerated environment with exposure to odours and will be required to lift and move heavy meat products.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy meat products
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
