Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at D'Barrio's Kitchen. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
- Balance cash and record sales accurately.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
Our restaurant is located in a rural area and offers staff accommodation. We are a permanent position with 30-35 hours of work per week.
