Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Airdrie Liquor Store. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Prepare and submit sales reports and other administrative tasks
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Relocation costs covered by employer
- Willing to relocate
- Permanent work term
- 35 hours per week
- English language
