Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Quick Fix Auto Body Shop. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Review and approve returns of merchandise, ensuring that they meet our store's return policy.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making sales to customers.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1 Year to Less than 2 Years of Experience: At least one year of experience in a retail or sales environment is required.
- On-Site Work: This position requires on-site work, with no option for remote work.
