Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Sunder Finishing Carpentry. As a key member of our crew, you will assist in various aspects of construction, including loading and unloading materials, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Clean and lubricate cranes, scaffolding, and other equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the guidance of experienced carpenters.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure accurate and precise construction.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning up chemical spills and removing rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring they are in good working order.
