About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bakery Team Member to join our team at Thanks A Latte Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Execution: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Bakery Operations: Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality baked goods.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Decorating and Presentation: Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet customer expectations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced bakery environment with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
