About the Role

Specialty Health Network Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle process, from initiation to finalization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the contract lifecycle process, including contract initiation, negotiation, and finalization.
  • Develop and maintain a contracts database to manage changes, terms, and status notifications.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external clients regarding contract agreements and amendments.
  • Facilitate internal review of contracts with subject matter experts and business stakeholders.
  • Assist with inquiries from business stakeholders related to contracts.
  • Explain legal contractual terms to the business unit in plain language.
  • Manage commercial and public contracting, including federal, provincial, and local municipalities.
Requirements
  • Five to Seven (5-7) years of relevant contract management experience.
  • Legal background with some legal education and experience is an asset.
  • Excellence in computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word, SharePoint).
  • Bilingual would be an asset (English and French).
  • Strong drafting, analysis, and negotiation skills with a track record of establishing strong working relationships.
