As a Senior Scientist at ICON Strategic Solutions, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives clinical research excellence. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the clinical/scientific execution of protocols, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement trial design and endpoint strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee Medical Monitoring activities, including the development of Medical Monitoring Plans and review of Serious Adverse Event reports.
- Coordinate planning of lab, bio specimens, and imaging specifications, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Collaborate with medical writing teams to develop trial results communication for investigators and support publications/presentations as needed.
- BS/BA in Life Sciences with 7+ years of clinical research experience or MS/PhD in Life Sciences with 5+ years of clinical research experience.
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical and/or clinical drug development experience as a lead CS required.
- Medical monitoring experience required; cardiovascular experience (atherosclerosis) highly preferred.
- Excellent Excel and PP skills required; excellent written and oral communication skills.
