Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Tommy's cafe, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our cafe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our high standards.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen team to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional food and service.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure our food and service meet the highest expectations.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on cafe performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
