Job Summary:

Boardwalk is seeking an experienced Landscaper to join our team as an Exterior Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the exterior of our properties is well-maintained and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:

  • Exterior Site Maintenance: Ensure the exterior of our properties is clean and free of debris, including snow removal, sanding, and salting.
  • Lawn and Garden Maintenance: Mow, trim, water, and edge lawns, trees, hedges, and flowerbeds, and remove weeds.
  • Parking Lot Maintenance: Sweep, wash, and line parking lots, and keep catch basins clear of debris.
  • Fence and Building Maintenance: Repair and stain fences as needed, and ensure building exteriors are clean and well-maintained.
  • Seasonal Maintenance: Perform spring and fall clean-ups, including hazard line painting, irrigation start-up, power washing, planting, and filling potholes.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Properly operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including Bobcats and heavy equipment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 years of landscaping experience required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of English, driver's license, and ability to operate a Bobcat and train others to do so safely.
