Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Specialist at Commercial Building Cleaning. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our commercial building.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Sanitation and Hygiene: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
Work Environment

You will work in a fast-paced commercial building environment, where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential. You will be required to lift heavy equipment and supplies, and work at heights.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work, requiring ability to lift heavy equipment and supplies, and work at heights.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, and reliable.
