Job Title: Cost Estimator, Manufacturing

We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join our team at IMP Aerostructures. As a Cost Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing estimates, schedules, and reports for our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing detailed estimates, schedules, and reports for manufacturing projects
  • Resolve product and service-related problems, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
  • Provide accurate estimates of costs, taking into account various factors such as materials, labor, and overheads
  • Prepare price quotations, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or economics
  • 1-2 years of experience in cost estimation, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, such as SAP
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
