Warehouse Supervisor Role

The Warehouse Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse. This includes managing Warehouse Leads and Warehouse Porters in the receiving, storing, and delivering of products to various locations within the stadium.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in running a high-performing warehouse operation that meets operational demand and targets.
  • Ensure tasks are completed safely and on time, as directed by the Manager.
  • Ensure Porters store and rotate incoming supplies in accordance with Legends Hospitality's standards.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Communicate product discrepancies with Managers.
  • Train employees in warehouse duties and procedures.
  • Accurately count inventory as required by the Manager.
  • Resolve warehouse issues and report hazards to the Manager.
  • Ensure staff comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a large warehouse setting.
  • Prior supervisory experience is an asset.
  • Forklift license.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop others.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions

Location: On-site.

The physical demands of this role include sitting, talking, hearing, and using hands to handle controls. The employee must be able to stand, walk, and stoop. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus are required.
