About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Supervisor to join our team at ON THE GO FACILITY SERVICES LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that facilities are safe, clean, and meet our high standards.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and equipment to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our facilities are staffed appropriately.
Work Environment

As a Facilities Supervisor with ON THE GO FACILITY SERVICES LTD, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional results. You will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and may be required to work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week
