Job Title: Organic Chemist

We are seeking an experienced Organic Chemist to join our team at TC Scientific Inc.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research to develop new chemical formulations and processes, supervising other chemists, and analyzing, synthesizing, purifying, modifying, and characterizing chemical or biochemical compounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research into the synthesis and properties of chemical compounds and the mechanisms of chemical reactions
  • Supervise other chemists and provide guidance on analytical techniques and chemical processes
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform the development of new chemical formulations and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new chemical processes and products
Requirements
  • PhD in Organic Chemistry or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in research and development of chemical formulations and processes
  • Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, including chromatography
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
